Cancellation Policy

At D Pilates, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, in order to ensure that all our clients receive the best service and availability, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Notification Requirement: Clients must provide a minimum of [24] hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of private Pilates sessions. This allows us the opportunity to offer the slot to another client.

No-show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrivals: If a client arrives late for a session, the session will end at the originally scheduled time and will be charged the full session fee. This ensures that subsequent clients are not penalized for the delay.

Package Expiry: For clients who have packages, any session that is cancelled late or missed will be deducted from the package. Clients must finish the sessions on time as described; 5 sessions in 1 month and 10 sessions in 2 months. There is no refund policy for the packages. If there are classes that are not used on the time described above, the clients won’t be able to use the classes after 1 month or 2 months according to the number of the sessions purchased.

Policy Agreement: By booking a private Pilates session at D Pilates, clients agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
